Is it good or bad

I couldn’t get a good photo , sorry about that . It’s a fast moving thing . Kind of yellow in colour . I see them running around the pot edge and sometimes on the floor

That's a springtail. It's not eating or sucking the life out of your weed, it just lives in damp soil, eating organic matter, algae and the like.
