I had a problem with some unidentified bug in veg but haven't seen them in a couple weeks but I want to prevent another attack. Now they're in early flowering just starting to develop budsites. I don't want to spray the bud sites with neem oil so what's the best way to apply the neem to the fan leaves? I was thinking just taking a clean paint brush dab it into the neem/water mix and brush each fan leaf by hand. I only have two plants each is about 1 1/2 feet.
