Definitely. Great looking roots. I dig all those little “fish bone” roots branching off the larger ones. Thanks for the pic.
I'm gonna give it a go like that... Good for the learning aspect. At least that's what I can tell myself to justify being lazy.I think best results would be to transplant sooner than now bud.
But yeah turn down the lights a little and run more water through the pots for runoff to keep the roots clear.
I agree. I try to go every other day now. In 5 gal fabs, these girls are drinkers. I run a little warmer tent so I think that contributes to watering a little more often. But every other day is almost mandatory.Thank you. But the point is i am sure a good dry cycle does that and it has increased my results x3 from when i was not so patient.

I think your right... I knew this was gonna be a shit show lol. I hate it but at the same time I'm enjoying it. Definitely a different experience with different challenges. You need to veg in a 2 gallon pot i think.

Well I wouldn't say great... They are still eating and drinking so that's a plus lolYoure fine. Your plants look great!
Lmao I share the sentiment. I'm having a love/hate with it. I really enjoy the learning and trials but the perfectionist in me is having an absolute fit right now.Just been told by an old timer that dirt is good for two things, one is outdoor growing, and the other is chickens.
Yeah I'm curious about how they will respond also. Hoping an explosion of growth.Soils Supposed to be easierIve only done hydro this my first soil run also. Im sure you could go another week in those pots if you really need to but i dont think there gonna be to happy. Cant wait to see how they doing a week after you up pot. Im using roots organic its all good to go and easy to get run off if i fill the pot up that much. usually getting run off anyway out of the 20 random holes all over the sides of my pots. Haha
Seems easy as hell just make sure not to overwater and over feed. Havent got any bugs yet so theres gonna be some trials and tribulations eventually. Using only dynagro foliage pro and protekt(silica) in roots organic and didnt start feeding till i flipped to flower. (I up potted twice and let it eat soils nutes).Yeah I'm curious about how they will respond also. Hoping an explosion of growth.
So your in the same boat as me... How ya liking it?
It's much cheaper to build one bro. Very easy to do. I built mine and that little 4x4 would produce... Over 2lbs and I really feel another run or 2 I may have pushed almost 3 pounds.Seems easy as hell just make sure not to overwater and over feed. I really like the sciency part of doing hydro though and also liked having my top off res/being able to always know ppm and ph to watch plant eat etc.
I'll do it again when i have room someday and splurge on a current culture setup. BUT im really curious on the numbers from this soil grow and seeing how this easy nute line up goes.
How much more did they stretch in flower? Those are monsters. It's much cheaper to build one bro. Very easy to do. I built mine and that little 4x4 would produce... Over 2lbs and I really feel another run or 2 I may have pushed almost 3 pounds.
The growth rates were staggering. That why I'm so impatient here.
These plants would be like 2 weeks oldish in my hydro system.
This is beginning of Dec to Jan 2... Soil is like watching paint dry but I'm learning.
They stretched right into the garbage can. I had to go away for family reasons. My daughter looked after then for 2 weeks while I was gone. Never grown a plant and didn't even know what ppm/ph meter was lol. 10-20 min run down and a couple calls. She did very well. How much more did they stretch in flower? Those are monsters.
Yeah you remeber heisenbubble aka heisenbeans now from last year or so ago. He used to have some great tutorials on building here but there still on youtube. I built my first one out of i think 10 gal hdx totes? It's much cheaper to build one bro. Very easy to do. I built mine and that little 4x4 would produce... lol I use the same RO unit. Only for my humidifier now, my tap is fine for hydro. Ranges from 120-130ppm usually.I re did those pics see better now
Never even thought about using ro for the humidifier. Im not even running one this time fk it. Think my rh around %50 itll keep rising the bigger them plants get i bet.lol I use the same RO unit. Only for my humidifier now, my tap is fine for hydro. Ranges from 120-130ppm usually.
