Are booster fans needed?

Hello, I've been gathering supplies for my project and some gave me a 200ish CFM booster fan. I have a 24x48x60 tent and I am getting an inline fan around 400 CFM(adjustable). Is there any point in using this for air intake? This is a pretty small setup and not sure how that works. Thanks!

That small tent with a 6” exhaust fan should work fine passive intake. 200cfm is usually more than enough for my 3x3. More is a lot of air through there.

I do use intake fans to force air conditioned air from my lung/veg tent room into the adjacent flower room through the wall.

I run those half speed to the flower room exhaust.
