Are clubs growing with your 215 script without you knowing?

I have been wondering lately what exactly these places are up to with the paperwork that members must fill out to buy or sell at a pot club. I know that it is necessary to verify your status but do they always put them to use growing plants with the scripts?

I went to a place last week and despite their invitations for walk in vending it turned out to not be that way. They were not interested one bit in even seeing what I had and so I asked for my script back. I knew I would not be coming back to deal with such rude people and so I asked for it back because I don't want them to use it if I'm not in the co-op. You should have seen how angry they got, though they returned it they were pretty pissed. I assume because that script would have allowed them to make more $$. (And people say dispensaries are good, this is another drop in the bucket that says they aren't)

This concerns me because if other people are using your script at the very least they should be giving out free weed. But if they were to get busted growing and somehow the script was posted there and also I was using it to grow my own garden that would mean I would be in trouble for having my script at more than one place.

What are they doing with your script that you are not aware of?

A few years ago there was a ire up on the ridge and fire fighters worked to the edge of many a garden and even saved many from the fires.ollow ups by complience officers showed that scripts were being used in multible gardens.Investigations show that many people were no aware that there script was being used so.Only those responcible were busted.So it does happen! I wouldn`t think many despenceries would be involved in this behaver but Co-ops sometimes do this by having members scripts up at multible gardens without any permission or knowlege.Beware o script or buds or cash deals as you could become a party to a crime in the states view!

Is the paper you sign when joining the co-op all they need to grow meds in your name? Or do they have to have a copy of your actual papers with the stamped seal?

yes happens all the time. Not all do it. Many patients do not read the form they have you sign. If you read it you will see some of then will use your script for growing.

I agree about your viewpoint.

Sad thing is many people in this "industry" do not read or follow directions very often. If they did they would be more aware of what is going on.

Sometimes new clubs will give a free gram or something to entice patients to join. for some it is just a script collection so they can fill up a warehouse. Obviously the case at the hemp expo's.

OK, I saw on the form that it asked if they could grow for you, but I thought they would need a copy of my actual papers to post. I wasnt growing at the time so, I thought I wouldnt have any problems. If they in fact are growing for me can i just go into the co-op and ask to have my membership removed and never go back? Or am I screwed? Thanks

baked - they copy the actual script or wallet card, the one with your patient # and seal.

The way they reacted really makes me positive that each script means profit to them.

Sheesh I was in a club in long beach that made you initial for them being your primary caregiver! Alot of these clubs are full of shit.

Just the standard thing like if you have a baby or somethin we get to adopt it out for cash...just standard stuff you know. Oh and you do own your car right? ...It is payed for? How about your house? Er yep maybe it`s a good thing to read everything you sign very well before putting ink to paper!

Unfortunately people need educating about the the laws that they say they are following. The idea that some collective or co-op is using your scripts to grow is ridiculous actually because not many of these guys grow their own shit. He's not saying he's growing for you, just that you are a member of his group. If anyone looks at the laws on the books it says you must be a member of a "co-op" to either buy or sell to or from the club. pretty Basic right? . have to be a member to sell your pot that you grew legally(?) to the club. That's what keeps them legal. And you legal. otherwise what you are doing is selling your pot to someone right? and sales of marijuana are completely illegal, but compensation for yadda, yadda, yadda, is not.

Your the ones coming out to the co-op and doing business with them and the idea that way of taking advantage of you is kinda funny. If you have product to move, go grind it out. And let's see what happens on your first trip. Want an 8th of the bomb ECSD? go find the great grower who is not gonna knock your chicken shit ass out in some parking lot somewhere.

It's this paranoia that's keeping places like Mountain View or Sunnyvale from addressing this. People affraid of being recorded or something. When we realize that the more names we have behind us the bigger we are then this shit will not matter.

I work for a collective, and when u fill out a membership agreement you are giving the collective full rights to grow/transport/dispense your meds on your behalf. And yes, if the collective is growing it's own med a for patients, they are using your script as proof of legality. It's an odd system but think about nit....eveeryone that's a patient visits at least 2 or more clubs,,,so at least 2 or more clubs are probably growing on your behalf right now.,,hell I might even be the one growing it for ya :-) happy holidays !

Either way the script is only valid until it expires. So once you renew your script, don't go back to the dispensary or collective! They need you to fill out the paperwork again in order to use your renewed script correct?

Yes its only valid for that year and yes they use it to grow. But really it means nothing unless you really dont like them and you want to officially leave their collective. As of now there isnt a limit to how many collectives you can join and really if they went to court with your documents saying that you are a part of their collective, you would be asked to show up in court. This is where you could say you have no idea why they have your script no one told you that they would be growing etc... but all in all none of this effects you even if you do grow for yourself.

id guess that all the legal growers with sog have some sort of collective connection. my business partner is on the board of a collective, so each of us carry a flash with 1000's of scripts. we never push our numbers past 99 tho. almost every collective has paperwork that makes it so they can grow for you.
