Only if there covered in sugar. Some folks use them as a fiber supplement. But that's a bit to hippy and mother earth for my liking.

55+ years ago we used to smoke them, cut the stem off dry and jar, It was like weed tobacco, thought we got a buzz, maybe we did but today my lawn grass would get me as high as the old leaf we used to smoke.

My wife adds them to smoothies.
If it gave her any kind of buzz she would not do it.
She was told their good for a person,.

I blender them in my protein shakes. Research is showing they are one of the most nutrient rich plants in the world. Also, cannabinoids that are only in the leaves.

Here's an article for those interested https://www.crxmag.com/issues/2020/spring/the-nutritional-value-of-raw-cannabis.shtml

I make Chocolates for my wife using cannabis infused coconut oil. After I make the oil I'm left with an oily wad of decarbed bud and oil in cheese cloth, After I've squeezed as much oil out as I can I toss the wad& cheese cloth into the green bin. I keep thinking I should do something with it bud just eating it raw is gross i mean I can munch on a leaf like anyone but eating oily decarbed weed just not palatable and in the middle of making chocolate & cleaning up the easiest thing to do is just toss it

Any recipes for oily decarbed weed out there......I guess coconut brownies might work .........ya........good talk.........................I can just grab a simple brownie mix at the dollar store...Wtf I might as well try it..............lol........

They were probably Colombian or Mexican leaves which are 5x more potent than indica and hybrid leaves. I can make oil out of my landrace Colombian leaves that will totally wreck me. But indica and hybrid leaves are garbage.

Oil from indica and hybrids leaves won't work. You should grow a Mexican or Colombian and see for yourself.

You could make RSO that might be more potent with your leaves.
I have used leaves for both butter and RSO.

I tried some mixed into a salad with iceburg lettuce and spinach with a nice balsamic salad dressing and sprinkled with pepper. Was pretty good, actually. Just took the stems off and shredded the leaves with the lettuce and spinach, probably about 1/3rd of each.
