I would look on the other side of the leaves you might find your problem

It’s worth looking on the underside for bugs however it does look like mold

Sry bud wish I could say it wasn’t loathe to see another grower lose a plant

It IS 4 lined plant bug.

If you’re seeing Fourlined Plant Bug damage in cannabis, it’s spillover from nearby hosts
Control perimeter vegetation—mint, basil, ornamentals are common launchpads
