They look healthy to me. I would drop those clear cups into some regular solos.

Not positive, I hear roots don’t favor light

Early leaves are often a little wonky, they’ll grow out of it.

Hey there, this happens to some seedlings first leaves, the strange twisting. Happened to mine as well for my current grow.
As another user suggested I would stay away from clear containers, roots are not fans of sunlight. If you have solo cups for now you can even just slide that cup inside a solo cup to stop the light from getting in until you have to transplant, to save you re-potting into a solo cup.

Solo Cups work. The best containers are the ones nursery seedlings come in, thick, and light proof, you can use them over and over.

Just nutrient rich soil and seedlings looking crazy at first. I have had the same looks on mine when they started. They turned out great.

Folks, update.

I noticed that one of my plants showed a tiny weird dry spot in a leaf. As i inspected, i noticed lots os purple/blackish spots under both leaves of the pair, as shown in the pictures. Compared to the other specimen, plant 1 is a bit more stunted than plant 2.
Also, a repot was made into 4l fabric pots as the leaves were surpassing the solo cup borders.

Any help appreciated!

Posting an Update, things seemd to go well. Suddenly, leaves started turning yellow and the growth slowed a bit.

I cant seem to find whats wrong. Am using a soil with plenty of organic matter, i dont think the issue is nitrogen deficiency. Temp and rh seems fine, soil was drying quickly tho, so i reppoted to 11l pots. Using biobizz's with calmag to replenish my soil.

My grow space isnt very tall, the lights are about 40cm away from the plants, but i set the PPFD to 600-700 in order to compensate for it. Could it be it ?
