So this is my first time germinating in rw and I transplanted in ebb system with hydroton. I set the cubes just above the water level and have been hand feeding them 5.8 ph water at 250 ppm once a day. Do these look over watered or over nuted maybe?

Why would you even think of giving nutrients to a seedling that small? Its one of 3 things or a combo, feeding, light to close, and or overwatering, pic is a 21 day old small plant, just started to acclimate to food and very lightly at that, back off your light a bit you want the little leaves reaching for light, stop feeding much to small, and go easy with the water. Note the leaves reaching for light? This is what you want to see.

Ok but soiless/dirt is a bit different than rockwool and hydroton Edinburgh..
I'd absolutely be feeding a seedling in rockwool at this point. Once true leaves emerge I'd start on about 2-250 ppm.

Op, my guess is that you transplanted a bit too soon and should have let that seedling grow and fill out the rockwool more first. I'd maybe stop handwatering daily for now, a cube can hold enough nutrient to feed that little plant for a week Id bet. If you arent careful a young seedling like that can get damp off in overly wet conditions.

Because he's doing hydro. Without nutes the seedling will die.

it looks hungry. I would do 350 twice a day.
