I think the chances are better than not those branches make it. They are pretty resilient unless they become completely separated from the plant, but you've got them taped up pretty good. Only thing I would say is there are better choices than scotch tape. Duct tape works very well ... but I fully understand that you were looking for the most immediate thing you could find. I've also done the same thing. It works and at the time its all that matters.Hi all,
Tried to save my plant from a storm last night and was a bit heavier than I thought like. I think I was kind of leaning it and with the wind the biggest cola snapped and splinterd about 3 quarters down. 2 more just nearly come away from the mains stem. So sick!
Strange thing is it’s nearly 24 hours ago and it hasn’t drooped or been affected in the slightest..
I sorted it out more a less straight away but seems odd it didn’t flinch.
I’ve attached some photos of it in A-E, but its always lived outside only cause of the high winds and thunder storm I brought it in for the night. Nightmare!
What you think? So sick..
I'm a super-cropper. That means I'm intentionally smashing my stems to get them to grow the way I want them to. I'm probably at hundreds of broken branches saved vs only a few that were lost. If you were going to lose them, they would be dying already.Yeh all I had was a mad rush. You think it will rot or anything?
I’ve never felt discomfort like it :( Lol got to laugh ay
If I'm looking at the right ones, I don't see any wilt which would be the first sign of trouble. Usually this happens within the first few hours if they aren't going to make it.It’s the back 2 and that’s after about 20 hours. So looking hopeful
She's going to be alright2 weeks or so into flower taken the night before. It’s never been inside but the wind is that bad I had to
