Autos/feminized both in bud

This time around in this particular grow I had Autos and feminized seeds both ... and they are all in bad stage so my question is is there any reason why I can't run 24 hour lighting?

Auto Plants grown outdoor in the Arctic circle sometimes grow 6 inches in the dark in just a few hours. The plants store energy from the light and then use that energy at night to grow, they also like to sleep too.
