I have been away for a few months but i have returned. Trying to get in the rhythm of things and dial in the feeding of my plants.
Depression, flu, etc don't help my motivation in the past few months to get things fixed but i have started getting things in line.
Currently after a drawn out process i finally have a flower tent and veg tent set up. I still need to get another light or a stronger light overall for my veg tent.

Where i left off i had some gelato seedlings, 3 to be exact, and some Jbeezy Weeding Cake cut plants. I continued to have problems in the garden and let some plants overgrow and experience problems.

The gelato seedlings i was going to start flowering, then i stopped watering enough and problems came quickly

I took clones from them all, but nute problems came on quick. I had Gelato 1 and 2 which were taller phenos. Gelato 3 was a bushier pheno

Gelato 1 was probably not being fed enough or often enough.

Same with G 2 I believe due to the size of these 2 plants i was not feeding them enough nutrients and the problems came on quick when also moved to this new tent with my stronger light.

And finally Gelato 3 the bushier pheno and seemed to be more hearty from my thoughts but actually i believe it was just due to being a smaller plant overall compared to the larger 2.

Here is a pic from jan 26th when i first decided which plants to flower and should have flipped then

Procrastination got the best of me and i finally started flowering these 2 on 2/12/21

Here we have them 2 weeks later on 2/26 after some simple super cropping

thanks for the welcome back i think i have become super critical on myself and my plants since getting back into growing after a few years off. I know the capabilities of the plants i have and just need to gain the knowledge to grow them the way i want.

And now we have pics from tonight after we got hit bad with an ice storm in texas. I started flowering these 2 plants and a few days after i lost power for 40 hours. It didnt seem to affect these 2 since they were so early on starting the flowering cycle and here we have them 18 days after i initially flipped on the 12th of Feb.

This is the Gelato #3 pictured tonight being fed megacrop 1 part 2g per gallon along with Massive Bloom Formulation

Here is the Jbeezy Wedding Cake Cut. The bud development seems a bit further on than the Gelato, but this is the first time i have run either of these.

I did a heavy defoliation on these right before flip or on day 1, and will be doing another this friday.

I also have clones from all the 3 gelato seeds and more Jbeezy WC cuts

I am tired after tonight. After much procrastination tossed this table together for the 5x5 from left over mats from the first one i built. Got all the plants watered and will need to water a bit more before lights out. Cant wait until i get some sort of auto feed set up really contemplating using Floraflex for a run a seeing how i like it. Currently trying to use Megacrop 1 part with inconsistencies

The 2 large ones in the back are the gelato and wedding cake that are already flowering, tomorrow will be day 21 and i will do a heavy defoliation. The other plants in the tent are only there during lights on and put back into veg tent getting ready for flowering. I will probably get a better light for my veg tent in the near future.
The table was tossed together tonight but still needs to have some support beams added or just a piece of plywood layed over top under the corrugated panels.

Day 21 Flower

WC is producing well, I did have a power outage due to the crazy storm here at the beginning of flower for about 2 days. Temps got down to 40/30s
Will be doing a heavy defoliation today.

Here is the Gelato #3 from Seed. Seems to be producing a bit slower but should start taking off soon.

Veg tent I have some plants in small pots still need to get some more pots and transplant them they are having probs from drying out some.

Made a couple changes in past few days.

I lowered the light to around 18 inches above the flowering plants tops

I also hung up my fan in the tent

I decided against flowering the 2 gelatos at this time and decided to put these 2 in the space next to the current flowering plants. I will continue to hand water these plants.

\

My next mission is to get an auto feed setup going i will be using Floraflex components. This will be the 8 plants i will do this run.

Today i cut down about 5 vegging plants since i have had the problem of growing out too many plants in the past and ending up with large overgrown ones that i need to end up tossing anyways.

At night i move the plants from the large tent back over to the veg tent, In the future when this run of 8 starts i will just clone before flowering, and while the plants are flowering the clones will root and be vegged out for next run. I might decide to do 2 flower cycles on 1 month apart and have 2 separate small reservoirs for the 2 cycles.

Here is a pic of the veg tent with the 8 moved back in while the flowering tents light goes off. Currently i only have a mars 600 and 1000 light in my veg tent and will need to get better lights for vegging. Other than the 8 plants i plan to flower i have 1 of each gelato cut still in a pot. Since i have no clue how to do things properly i still have yet to see which gelato i like the best to keep. I would like to have a run of just 1 gelato and wedding cake after this run.

Hey I know about the Texas ice storm, even down here on the coastal bend it froze for 2-4 days and killed any plant outdoors that was not "woody", I had no power for 4-6 days and one pipe burst out in my shop so $80.00 plumbing bill two days ago got me a much needed Shower! I enjoy designing landscapes but growing I never latched onto until recently I got tired of buying my medicine. It can be relaxing to garden but we gotta study and Research to develop our skills. 16 day's into veg & I started Oneness nutes, learning is fundamental. Cheers fellow Texan Odiesel. If you enjoy fishing it on in Texas for Trout & Redfish, come on down.

Day 32 Everything has been going well. Floraflex coming in soon and i will be making the switch on everything in the garden.

Wedding cake smells insane just like you would think super sweet and cakey. Color on it is looking great purple coming in on the flower.

Can see a few rust spots on the leaves the new nutes should be in thursday i believe.

The gelato is doing pretty well has grew back well after the defoliation. Smell i cant put my finger on but is such a nice smell

Been about 7 days on these 2 other plants i tossed in the tent.

Put these in the tent throughout the day to let them get some good light

When pruning to get ready for flowering if you want to lollipop like that you would probably get better performance out of leaving most of the fan leaves on and just taking out the bud sites. Something to think about!
