Accidentally got a little carried away and bent the stem too much trying to LST, it kind of folded… I checked it out and there was no actual crack/exterior damage other than a little bulge on the fold. do I need to tape it up or do you think I should I just leave it be? Is it possible for it to kind of just heal around the bend? - it kind of bent almost perfectly how I needed it to… thanks, pics vvv

It’s fine. Super Cropping is a technique where you pinch the stem and fold it down like that on purpose. It will grow a bigger knuckle at the fold and potentially more flower.

Only fix em if they break. When I'm lazy I literally smash the plants down to the height they need to be. Doesn't make a difference.

Yeah if you've checked there's no bleed you're probably better than all good. I've even broken the skin sometimes which is not ideal but they've always bounced back. They just grow a big knuckle in that spot then that branch goes apeshit. GL bro!
