Best "kelvin" For Cfl's

which would be best for flower - 27oo Kelvin or 22oo Kelvin ?
which would be best for veg - 5000 Kelvin or 6500 Kelvin ?

think either would be OK ?

Either are fine.. 6500 HO is what I got running.. but 5ks are fine too.. flower 3k's

These are 200 watter = to 400 watts (MH) 2700K same for veg light all so - cost $50.00 each
