It doesn't matter what light you want to use. If you watch to the end he talks about the three light rotation. It's hard to get it in the first watching I had to watch it a couple times.

You can get pretty good results if you use rockwool cubes and a dome with a thermostatically controlled heat mat under it and mist inside the Dome not the plants.
