For just a few more bucks, you can add an auto shutoff valve. Then you can add a pressure tank and faucet for drinking. A real cheap way is to use something like an opaque new garbage can with a check valve and float valve. If you look at the components like fittings, tubing, filter cartridges etc. you can add to this basic system and create your own Frankenstein "water works."
