Is their a way to know what seeds grow the best depending on your region. since outdoor locations weather/temp etc.. can vary greatly unlike indoor growth. thx!

Look up your area for the environment. Mine is continental. Look up the breeders environment recommendations. They are usually continental, tropical, Mediterranean etc etc. See what fits. Normally based on humidity temp and sun hours.
Then look up DLI and when your area has 12 12 light. Then look up temps for 8-12 weeks after that day for flower length.
Then see what fits
Totally easy peasy.

I think the first filter is length of season. I'm in New England, in the USA. I don't grow long-flowering equatorial strains outdoors, because they won't finish before the first frost. Next, I'd look at environment. In a high humidity area, I'd look for strains that are known to be mold-resistant. Likewise, if insect damage is an issue, I'd look for hearty strains that will resist bugs, or at least do well with your chosen pest management treatments. Finally, and this might be controversial, once you've decided on your genetics, buy them from reputable sources. I'd rather buy from the breeder that made the cross than from a website that lists every hype strain under the sun.
