It has to be Flo for me every time - nothing comes close for the 'powerfully pleasant' effect - from the hybrid world, anyway. Apart from that, a really good, smooth landrace sativa - Oaxacan Gold, Thai Stick, etc. Powerful up high but with no anxiety or jitters, and a very long duration.

I've had business meetings on all the above with no problems, though I would hardly say they were 'pressure' meetings. But for general 'work' (and I usually work from home, so I'm free to smoke all day), Flo reigns supreme for me. I do have a few F-13 f2 seeds to start soon, which may supercede Flo, but I'm hardly short of that family anyway...the MoFlo incrosses I made all show much potential for new, stimulating smokes:)

Which reminds me - been smoking some just-dried buds of Oaxacan Gold today, and I have to do my tax accounts shortly, which would normally require a certain amount of abstinence until complete, but I'm quite looking forward to doing them at the moment - that has to be a first! :)

My choice for morning meds is quite easy. There is no way I can start my day without a morning medication session, and like others here, if there is an accident on site I would have to pee in a cup. So this means I have to have a med that is clear, motivational, and most of all potent. The variety I have found that best encompasses these properties is Schrom. The effects are very clear in the head, but the body is put into a very comfortable state where it is relaxed and physical pain is eased, making getting on with ones day much easier.

What makes the Schrom even better as a morning med is its incredible motivational factor. This is simply the most motivational variety of marijuana I have ever come across. Sitting around ones home playing video games or watching TV is not really an option, you have to get up and go do something, its better than drinking a cup of coffee in the morning. The slight indica genetics of this variety keep this "get-up-and-go" effect in check enough to where this is not a racy effect.

To top it all off, the flavor of this strain is absolutely sublime. Its flavor is one of most unique I have tried to date. It is an intense blend of kitchen spices, lemon cleaner, earthy, spicy, and menthol flavors, all mixed in proper proportions so none is too strong but all are clearly pronounced.

I have also found SSSDH and Kaia Kush to be very good meds to start ones day off with. Both have fantastic flavors and great effects, allowing the user to be functional but well medicated.

If I have only pure/mostly indica strains available, I smoke it solely after work.

I don't like to wake'n'bake in general, but if I have some good sativa strains - I cannot control it, just doing it without much thinking about what could happen ;)

My fav strain in the morning is clearly cannalope. If you smoke it after brushing your teeth, you'll have that nice taste in your mouth until you'll have lunch.

Just do whatever your body likes best!

btw. I need much creativity at my job, sativas can really help...

It is definately job specific as to whether or not it's cool to wake and bake. However, on the weekends and holidays, if I'm awake, I'm smoking like Chief Wahoo!

My last grow was Apollo 11 from Joey Weed. I LOVED that stuff, but I agree with the comments about low tolerance. My next grow will almost exclusively consist of good clear sativa strains.

Can anyone comment about the clarity of these strains?

- Delahaze (Paradise Seeds)
- Utopia Haze (Barney's Farm)
- Fruity Thai (Ceres Seeds)
- Malawi Gold (Afropip Seeds)

I'd also love to hear more about Scrom. Are seeds available for this strain?

Cheers!

There are no seeds of Schrom available. It is a strain only available in clone form. Unless you know someone who has their hands on it, its probably unlikely you will be able to get a hold of it. It is a very tightly held strain, and with good reason. As for its effects look at my post above, I describe its effects in detail.

Yes it is. It is one of the few truly unique strains out there these days. It is definitely a strain to search for.
