I put a stick fly trap to catch pesky gnats and now theres these small black like tiny worms thats been popping up anyone has an idea what these are?

Do you have a microscope or a jewelers loupe you could use to take some close up pics?

They look like springtail larvae but I'm not 100% sure.

I wonder how they made their way onto the sticky trap. Are these things able to move around OK in that glue?

No they dont move they are stuck
