The same thing
I dont use any "veg" lights. I just use the same lights I flower with.

They get taller than they would with veg lights.

From what I've seen in person and in literature, a more blue light (veg) makes them grow shorter and squatter.
More red light (flower) makes them grow taller and bushier.

When I veg I veg under 3000k. The plants are very bushy, the node spacing is almost none existent.
