Body odor smell during cure

I’m on week two of cure and my Final Cut (I harvest in batches) is smelling funky in the jar. It’s like a body odor smell. Maybe a little cheesy. Maybe slightly like ammonia. I took it out of the jar and let dry for two extra days in a paper bag and then back in the jars. Still this unpleasant smell. Prior to dry it was the fruitiest smell I’ve ever had and now kind of unpleasant. I checked all buds for mold and there are no signs at all.

Should I be worried? Let it sit in the paper bag some more? Or will the cure… cure it?

Just dump them out and spread them out on a table until crispy. Sounds like they should have been hung much longer and are still quite wet deep inside. Maybe even fomenting. I'd open a few buds up and look carefully at them.
You don't want to risk your health.

Make sure they are very dry before putting them back in the jars.
I found this a little dry but it matters.
