At this stage, I would worry more about the other variables in your grow more.

What medium is it planted in?
Are there nutes in the planting medium?
What lights are you using?
What temp is your environment?
How frequently and how much are you watering?
Are you adding anything to the water?

That soil looks a little rough. Did you collect it from outdoors and add perlite? It also looks dry in some spots and damp in others.

How old are these seedlings? Autoflower, I'm guessing?

put your light at about 10% at 3 ft height. At this stage it doesn't need much light. Best would be a T5

how did you test the ph of soil. What was the parameters going in and what was coming out? @XhibitA put a list down and that can helps us understand your grow environment. it also looks hungry, how much are you feeding it and how?

(EDIT: The soil looks like old FFOF actually.)

If you are growing in soil (which you are) then why are you messing with pH? A good soil will adjust it's own pH.
Are you feeding it yet? Quit if you are, the soil should have what the plant needs at least for 2 or 3 weeks.

How high is the light above the plants? Prolly set that light a good 30-36" up from the plant tops right now until it grows some more.

Could just be the images too but to me that soil looks dry and it should be damp. When was the last watering and how much was given. Also what size pots are you using?

Looks like soil with some coco or maybe pest mixed in possibly? I dunno there's a lot of chunks of wood happening... not sure what he's got going on in that mix, would be helpful to know though.

i know right, thats what i said too but he insist that it is just a coco. The other thing is that if it is coco, then it would need to be watered everyday with nutrients and you aren't doing that neither.

Nl is one of the hardiest strains to run, I personally don't like it but your mix looks off, a bit of perlite and does not look like a mix for weed, in my opinion it's hot bc northern lights will let rookie mistakes slide and thrive, check pH but it looks nitro starved or a hot mix, try fox farm or pro mix you will have much better results.

Off subject a little hear but I found while using Rock wool. I found it easy it using a little soil in the plug hule just enuf to let the seed start and pH is a lot easier with soil. It more forgiving.
