And was gonna ask - I can’t simply just add more magnesium and or ca to the 321 without messing up the ratio/balance/ synergy between elements ?
Also, Can/should i foliar spray?

Not usually but you always go by the plants. If you try to follow general grow advice as rules it will lead to problems.Do you guys turn down intensity after stretch?

Less is always better than more when it comes to being able to fix any problem.
Eg. To much light can cause damage to leaves. That damage will not repair itself so it sets you back until new growth is sufficient.
To little light causes no damage and plants can respond immediately to an increase.
This is almost always the case be it light, nutrients, watering etc etc etc
