Fellow growers,

I’m growing a couple of auto flowers from Mephisto genetics and experiencing some circular brown/rust color spots on the leaves of one of the plants. Any help in diagnosing and/or treatment would be very much appreciated!

Details on the grow:
  • Canna-cheese from mephesto
  • Day ~35 since sprout -- finishing up the stretch and in preflower
  • growing in soil -- 5 gal pot, pH pretty steady at ~6.5
  • Feeding pretty light because soil has been amended with castings and a bit of all around fertilizer. Just started giving tiger bloom liquid food, but spots were on before that, also been giving some calmag, but pretty minimal amounts
  • light is BLOOM PLUS LED BP 2500W, on 20/4 cycle
  • Temps failry steady between 77-81 degrees with lights on and down to 65 w lights off. Pretty low RH
Only the plant on the left is experiencing the spots

Much love for any feedback!

Bam,

From the pics it looks like Septoria lycopersici. Seems like a mild infection. Snip out the affected leaflets. Be mindful of the humidity levels. Plants look good though. Realize also, that as the plant flowers mature and begin to senesce the plant will also begin to decline.

How did this plant end up? I have one currently having the same issue. Northern Lights Auto

by any chance is the plant on the left a strain of its own in the tent ?

also im thinking your light height could be to close for that strain. dont know i guess some plants just arrnt as good as others

heres my plant a few batches ago. which your leafs are starting to look like. it turned out to be massive light burn and it got soo bad ruined my crop
