Bt spray in flower how far

How far into flower can bt spray be used. I used neem in veg and captain jack’s dead bug the first couple wks of flower. I currently in wk6 of flower and haven’t sprayed anything for weeks. Can I use anything at this point. I do bud wash all outside grown flower.

I have personally used Bt spray 2 weeks before harvest with no problem.
