Bubble Hash Methods??

So I did 7 lbs. Washed 5 times. 42 grams of nice bubble and 75 of not so great material that I will rosin press. Is 3% a ok return on 7 lbs of trim?

I would try and get ahold of some better material to run. 5-8% Return i think is advrage. Lately ive seen vids of people pulling 48-68% Return from pressing hash.( In terms of the hash being starting material not from material.) with more advanced systems.
