Exhausted after 3 days of non stop trimming. I finally decided to do some research on what I was hoping wasn't bud rot. Most are trimmed and curing now mixed with what could be rot. Please help me identify if it's rot or not. & if it is, do I dispose of it all? It would be a shame after all this effort.

It kind of looks like it to me but I am extreamly new and you should wait until someone more experienced can identify for you.

What you should do right now though is seperate the ones you think have bud rot from the ones you know for sure don't. This way it won't spread to your good buds.

If its been wet, its probably bud rot. If it's been dry, it's probably caterpillars.

Wet rot is tough to deal with, especially if the wet weather continues. All you can do is try to keep your plants shielded from the rain.

Not exactly rot , looks like wet stressed and a bit weakened by weather , pistil clusters a bit past due and over ripe ...if it dosent seem extremely damaged or smell bad , I'd just give it a good crisp dry and cure , see if it's smokable and has at least a pleasant taste ....
Outdoors can get rough

If you see black specs its caterpillar frasse. Like was said they leave grey powdery dry rot. The top pic looks dry, dead.
