Bud rot smell but nothing noticeable

So, coming up on week days 47 of flower and I'm noticing an almost rotting smell from one of the flowers top most colas.

I pulled on all the sugar leaves and nothing came out and there is no browning or discoloration at all that I can see.

Could this just be a funky smell? Just making sure cause I heard that if you got bud rot, you need to cut that bud out or it can spread.

Are you sure the smells coming from the buds, or could it possibly be coming from the roots?

I can smell it at the one cola, but it may not be bud rot but instead just a weird terp smell. I don't see any white/grey mold/fungus coming out of anything either. It could also be the roots TBH, the original soil want' very airy and could be rotting. (A mistake I will never make in the future!)
