Hello I am in Northern MI growing thee beautiful purple Kush ladies. Earlier on then I started growing them I asked here when should i trim and no one see to have a clear answer. SO I am reaching out for specifics again please as my plants are now budding.

1st what do I trim?

how I often do I water? i mean do I water as much as I can (ever other day) or are we still waiting to the soil gets dried (half inch finger test)?

is there anything else i should be doing?

when should I expect to harvest and what should I have ready for that to go smoothly?

What should I be watching our for as far a budding and when will I know they are ready?

thanks in advance.

There's no need to trim an outdoor plant however you still want to remove dead and dying leaves. You have a lot of yellow/brown leaves that I would remove. Don't just toss them on the ground. I would remove them from the area completely.

How often do you water? - Less often than you have. All that yellow/brown is due to watering too frequently. If they are in the ground, let mother nature do its thing. They will find the water. Only during droughts would you need to water them. Anyway, to answer your question the best I can without a lot of details, cannabis requires a cycle like this: water/dryback/water/dryback. It could be 3-5 days between waterings. It really depends on how moist the soil is. You can use a moisture meter to find out.

Is there anything else i should be doing? - Yes, pray. You live in MIchigan. With cool wet falls, it takes a lot of work and a bit of luck to finish a photoperiod plant in Michigan. How do I know? I live in Michigan and I have grown outdoors.

when should I expect to harvest and what should I have ready for that to go smoothly? - How a particular cultivar matures is genetic. Most cannabis matures in 8-10 weeks. Only a handful of cultivars finish sooner. Since Michigan cannabis doesn't usually show flowers until Early/Mid August, Early to mid October at the soonest. Watch for White Powdery Mildew and Bud Rot. Both are very common in Michigan

Best of Luck!

Whose the breeder of your particular cultivar? Like I said, most cannabis has an 8-10 week flowering cycle. That puts you in October at the soonest. You would watch your trichomes to determine when to harvest. This is all assuming that mother nature is kind to you. Michigan is a tough place to grow photos. It's harder here than it is for @MileHiGhost out in Colorado. He has snow today. It will be gone tomorrow. It could be 80 this weekend for him. All with manageable humidity. It's Michigan's humidity that makes things so difficult.

any strategies? for the humidity and photos of White Powdery Mildew and Bud Rot or how to divide. I am not sure where the originated from as a bought it from a guy who grew them from seed. but I will ask.

Keep your plants dry. Use a battery operated leaf blower on low to dry them off if you need to. I don't know how far north you are. I'm in the Lansing area. It's been a manageable fall so far but that can change quickly.

like after a rain or when I see sign of white mold?

This isn't something you "wait" for. If you wait for signs of mold, you're in trouble. You should be drying off your plants every morning (dew) and after every rain right now. This is something you should be proactive about. Any moisture can start bud rot/WPM or any other type of fungal infection.
