Western banded glowworm larva. Paralyze millipedes with a bite and drag them below the ground to eat. Pretty cool insect, the larva and the adult beetle.

Well, no insects would survive in your tent if that thing was in there. Wouldn't bother your plants, but you wouldn't be able to sleep knowing it was there. Hope you put it back outside to eat all the pest.

That would have lasted some .5 seconds before it was squished.
Dad joke . What did the bug say to the windshield?
I don’t think I am going to have the guts to do that again.

I had this screaming bug show up in my grow room a few years ago. I don’t if it was a cricket but what ever it was had a bubble coming out its rear end like it was giving birth. The bubble was swelling like a clear chewing gum bubble…. I think I shop vacced that thing up. It was screaming when I found it.

I’ll bet Nick was screaming when he found his bug! Probably had to go get his girlfriend to deal with it for him!

La Mariposa Colibrí, the Hummingbird Hawk Moth.
Slowed it down a bit as this creature moves very fast.

Found a brand new airborne pathogen on one of my plants this am. This is getting unbearable. Between bugs, septoria and mold, I don’t need this invading my plants. Make it stop!

I call those feathers lucky and put them with my plants. Have 2 there now. Whenever I hike and see one at the beginning, I know it's going to be a good hike.

That's a beautiful feather too.
