When did u germinate.
when did u transplant to ground.
What did u amend your soil with.
What is your soil, pH.
What/when, are u feeding and watering.
Amount of sun.
And good pics

These are variables we need to know, to help.
Other than that, it's the kid asking the wise owl,...how many licks to get to the center of a Tootsie roll lollipop.

Not jumping on ya... Just want to see u succeed, and have a bountiful harvest. It's what we all strive for, and fight mother nature over, as outdoor growers.

There are some strains that just take that long. There are some members here in Michigan that just said they may be shaking snow of some of their longer running sativa leaning strains.

How hours of daylight are they getting at this point?

I don't see any buds either. Is it getting any stray light at night that might interfere with flowering?

I have to agree with the commentary. What zone are you growing in? What strain are you growing as that will vary. Any light pollution.
I grew a plant in my front yard last year not thinking the street lights would have any effect but little did I know, the plant stayed in veg until like September. And grew very small buds.

This is my first legal grow, as well.
One that I could give attention to, and nurture. A real grow...not seeds thrown in the dirt and hope for luck, grow.

I'll admit, a know just enough to be scary, as it comes to gardening. But I've got two plants, a 8 and 10'+, bud layden monsters out in my yard for a first grow. I wasn't expecting them to get that big. But I'm not complaining.

Genetics, amount of sun, your soil amendments and pH, play a big role in plant response for outdoor grows. The mind is....feed the soil, not the plants. If the soil is full of life, the plant will follow suit.

are those cucumbers in the same patch?
cucumbers are prone to powdery white mildew, so maybe think about that next grow.
no sense inviting issues

Great advice. Had this issue myself in the past.
