Buds?

I am so confused by this plant. It’s an OG Kush germinated 05/01. Been outside since it was three weeks old.

I figured it had another 4-6 weeks to go before flowering, but to me this looks like a flowering plant, am I correct?

I will check. I had some PM on my zucchini and squash earlier. I hadn’t noticed it on the ladies.

since flowering has started, if it is PM, what is safe to spray on it at this point?
