Have these living in coco coir. None on stems or leaves. They are all white when small. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Are they fast or slow moving? Slow moving critters tend to be pests, fast moving critters tend to be predators.

Since they're not on the plant, I'm thinking they may not be pests.
