bugs are eating my plants

What can I spray on them and that it would be safe?

Depends on your actual bug problem. Also depends on what part of cycle they are in..bloom or veg. If bloom then what week are they in?~Smf~

I plan on it then Late april So it's been about 1 month and a week And a couple of days in the bud are eating the leafs

hey man..you got a moth amd/or leafhopper up in that joint...either can decimate leaves...don't leave your windows open without screens etc, and try some neem oil..that stuff rocks..not sure if Monterey helps with moths or not..good luck!

I've been growing them outside and brought them inside to take a picture of them. So what can I do?

neem oil Mex...einstein's oil is good pure neem..just follow directions..spray the leaves well. Chat it up with outdoor veggie growers for lots of natural methods, cedar chips, diamataceous earth..etc..etc
