Maybe. Are you using any pest control?

Get a 20x jewelers loop and look. Mites and most bugs are visible.
For what it’s worth, I haven’t had mites since I stopped trading clones.

Any fungus gnats is bad. They breed fast, do lots of damage.
Stop watering so much. They love wet conditions.
A good environment goes a long way in pest management.
Devils in the details.

For my soil grows I like to use promix with extra perlite. Lots of folks are jumping on the coco bandwagon, but it is different than soilless and has its own quirks.
It works, but I consider it for advanced growers only. Good soilless is most forgiving, but have seen great grow in coco in experienced hands.
For what it’s worth, in my hydro ebb and flow I use large rockwool cubes in hydroton. Yeah, rock wool is a pain to get rid of, but hard to argue with results.
I just run it through my shredder along with my other compost stuff for my outside gardens. I have extensive flowers and herbs on my deck, flower beds and such. I love to grow any kind of plants. Feels like creation, or even artistry.
Keep on it, good luck.
