this seedling is showing a little burn at the tip of the leaf.. I gave her first seedling dose of FoxFarm on Tuesday, she grew a lot since then
Now I'm not sure if that's a sign of under or over feed

This is my first time growing but it looks like you got some nutrients on the leaves and it burned it. With overwatering your leaves would be drooping down and under watering well obviously the soil being dry and leaves starting to lift upwards.

If your light is on that side it could also be light burn if your light is to close.

What's the medium / a few closer sharper pictures will help

it's a mix of soil, miracle grow and organic, perlite
not too interested in the little brown spot for now, the reason I want to see close-up picture of your whole plant is because I want to know what all those tiny little white dots are; whether it's genetic or whether you've got something else going on

Edit: if that's soil & Miracle Grow I don't know if you mean MG soil or dry nutrients but I probably wouldn't be feeding it anything else until I check some runoff readings

So I'm pretty sure those are capitate glands; I don't think you have bugs

re: the little burn, I wouldn't feed anymore until I checked a slurry tests or at least some runoff readings
