Not sure where to put this. Recently I purchased a clone from Burning bush nurseries. With a guarantee that I will get a healthy clone. I paid $25 for expedited shipping. 8 days later. Yes expedited shipping took 8 days. Anyway I received it dead. I contacted them repeatedly by email and phone. No response what so ever. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EVER AGAIN. very shady company.

Can you dispute the charge with your bank? If the company refuses to reimburse you, I'd do just that. I don't understand how a seedling could survive an 8 day shipping. IMO, regardless of how it is packaged, doesn't seem possible without devastating consequences for the plant.

Thanks for sharing this. Hopefully, someone thinking about purchasing from them sees this. Did you leave a review explaining your situation? Better Business Bureau?

If this latest review is true, you won't hear from the company. Contact your bank and get a refund.

It sounds like they handled your order poorly, and I completely understand why you wouldn’t want to deal with them again. Hopefully, you can find a more reliable source next time.

Apparently they are out of business. But my bank researched it and returned my money. So all is good. It's seeds only for me.
