As I said, I'm not a user of ferts. But, above you stated a 16 6 30 fertilizer. If that's not a typo, that sounds like a lot of nitrogen for flower.

so that light is running at 100% at 26 inches away?
your lucky their not that bad yet,.
better get it right or more issues will start to come and your in flower so no time for dicking around,..

On the bag it says : N 16 / P 6 / K 30

Do you check your runoff ppm and ph? That can help tell you if it is a deficiency or nutrient lockout. Check ppm and ph going in and runoff. They should be somewhat close. If runoff is a lot higher you may have a salt buildup land nutrient lockout and may need to flush your medium and get it back in a good range.
