I just noticed these spots on my plant. They slightly look like an indication of calcium deficiency but not exactly. Any ideas? I know there's some slight heat stress, my circulation fan stopped working but it's working now.

Indoor
Coco
Skunk #1
Vegetative stage (9/3/9/3)
3 weeks old (it was stunted at 1 week due to an unrelated issue)
Feeding every watering and watering twice a day.
PH of 5.8
25.5c and 65% rh
GH trio 390ppm
viparspectra xs2000 at 24" at 40%.

that's not calcium deficiency. more like a burn mark or something. Your leaves are curling . What is the temp at? any air flow?

I thought it might have something to do with pH too. I think my meter must not be working properly.

It does look a bit chunky tbh now that the comment made me go back and zoom in... What brand is that? Was it a brick you had to hydrate? No perlite?

The new growth is also turning purple which is weird for such a young plant in veg.

I think it's just pieces of coco and coco fibres. I don't see any bark.

It's getting worse. Also, all of the new leaves are three fingered which is really weird. instead of 1-3-5-7 it goes 1-3-3-3.

I found the one time I had a calcium issue was due to transpiration rates.... lowered the humidity and boom fixed.
