Looks like to much light but thats does mean that light stress can be a symptom with a different cause.

What all the environment parameters day and night.

The brown spots have stopped, the new problem is the curling of the leaves and discoloration.

1.5 ft is your problem. High light intensity. I think i mentioned that on the 1sst page or so. Also, your crulled leaves never turn back.

follow manufacturer height recommendation.

It's only at 30% though. I calculated approximately 300ppfd.

Edit: Sorry, I messed that up. Turns out it's just over 400.

400 is a touch high for this stage.

You may even wanna lower the light a touch more for a few days just to allow it to recover faster. Like 3 days at 10k lux.

Drop humidity to 60%.

Up ppm to 400.

to give you an idea i put my light at 3ft with 60% intensity. other why's i'm burning more leaves. However, in my tent i've got the light at 3 ft with 30% intensity. The tent is a clone/seedling tent

I agree with aquaman but 400ppm might be a bit to much. I'd keep it below 300
