if you get the nice green color on the leaves than you are golden, but if you see that it can take more than up feed it to 400. you can always up feed knowing the plant can take more, but if you get a deficiency that you lose those leaves while fixing the problem. just my take

I agree with aquaman but 400ppm might be a bit to much. I'd keep it below 300

Coco won't build up if watered properly. I would say 300ppm if he was using RO but starting with 110ppm of mostly calcium and no nitrogen i kinda feel 400 would be better.

Update:
They're pretty much back to normal other than the permanent damage from before. These problems escalate and solve very quickly in coco compared to soil. Still getting used to it.

If you look just under the closest finger on that big left leaf, you can see the second node of a branch. Not too big yet but much bigger than my last grow. I used to veg under a blurple with 75% blue and 25% red so the nodes were mm apart. I didn't get branches bigger than a mm until the 10th+ node. It was slow. Once it got just big enough to train I cut off all but the top 6 fan leaves and I got 20 branches within a few inches. It stretched a bit later on but it was pretty cool.

IMO you should top it and massague the two leaves to the side so that the undergrowth branches get more light. you want those branches to grow quickly while the two new branches are coming out from the topping. creating a even canopy

I guess I'll give it a try. I didn't really want to because I wanted to keep it simples since I'm using a new light and coco for the first time.

use the experience you have from your last grows to get the most out of your plant. The two changes you have, has nothing to do with how the plant grows.

The only difference is Coco is that it needs feeding everyday vs soil was every 8/10/12 or whatever day. Coco you see results quickly VS soil would be in a longer period of time. Your light change is something you just have to get used too and now that you've got it at the proper height you are set. However if you notice that your nodes are too far apart than its time to increase the intensity. Just do it slowly until you see she is happy again.

Internodes are just about perfect right now, so I hope they don't change much now that I raised the light.
Do you think I should top as soon as it is completely healed?

it probably won't cuz the previous height was too short. You only raised it by a 1.5 ft and the intensity is still at 30%. However, if you notice a stretch between the internodes than raise the intensity by 5%.
