i am currently using gh 3part series, promix is my medium, and when i make my solution i follow the feeding schedule on the back of the bottle. after making the solution im always finding myself diluting the solution to get ppms down to the desire number.
am i going about this the wrong way? reason i am asking is because i am having issues with my plants health that is kind of making me think that this could be the issue. i also seen a thread elsewhere which someone stated this to be or could be the problem.
for anyone out there that has a solution i would love to hear it. thanks in advance

a lot of times recommended dosage is way too high. You can dilute to your needs.

PPM at recommended rate: ?
Target ppm: ?

just divide to get the percentage, and then use that to figure out how much concentrate you should add so you don't have to dilute after to achieve your target ppm. .

I run between .7 and 2.0 EC if that means anything to you. It really depends on the stage of growth, and the system.

You are probably experiencing lock out, and not deficiencies based on the PM you sent me. I would flush the plants out good with some warm water, and start over with a low dose of nutes (500ppm on a .5 conversion)

You also may want to go with a different nute line if you are in soil... seems like GH 3 part may not be the best option, but that is just my opinion.

hey Cap thanks for the response and your opinion definitely counts. yeah i am still new to all this so i wasn't sure if it was a deficiency or lock out, hopefully with your bennies i can get them back into good shape real soon to flower them out.
i am definitely going to change my nute line up, i just wanted to finish with these before i started using something else.
