Running a few different strains and some were drinking more, others less… was difficult to dial in runoff and overall saturation and let a strain get too dry.
Once runoff happens they are still light meaning I have some dry pockets that won’t saturate with my drip system.

Anyone know if they can be resaturated? Should I try to flood my table in an effort to get them back to the point where it can hold water? Any tips or help?

you might need to use a wetting agent like aloe extract or similar to get them to really fully saturate, or the other option is dunking them if that's an option. letting them dry out does cause damage to the structures though, so they may not perform as well as before.

@tobh Im considering dunking as I found a Tupperware pot that should do the trick in terms of soaking the cube… just don’t know if I’m causing more harm to the plant by doing so. Considering putting a slab underneath but don’t know if that’s a good idea either at this point.. day 22… super bummed out at this stage. What do you think?

any others have this happen and found a way out?

eh, the plant will appreciate the return of moisture in the media. I've had blocks dry pretty hard before and the plants recovered fine. It's stressful, sure, but they'll bounce back. So long you make sure the EC gets back to a safe range for em and the media is fully saturated, that's what matters. I wouldn't waste a slab at day 22 of flower if they weren't already on slabs. the root development just won't take advantage of what the slabs offer over the next eight to ten weeks.

@Dirtbag has had the same thing happen as well. Too much drink one night during early stages of growth and we all end up with dried out rockwool lol it's a thing that happens more than any of us want to admit.
