Hi decided to transplant this one today but it has some clear problems can anyone help identify what's wrong?

wow it a bit early and might just be seeing things but looks like the one side of roots are brownish might just be the light setting and my old eyes,so ya transplanted and all i would give it about 3 days before i went and tried any adjustments,water it in and get it feet under it and then you will see some kind of difrence ,good or bad,the bondage and transplant will fool you and dont chase a ghost that you dont know for sure is there.
give it a few days ,take the yellow brownish leaves off and watch new growth after the transplant,is that coco you have there,asking because soil ive never seen that color other than a red clay base

I guess continued over watering. The leaves are ribbed and curling down and the roots have mostly grown to the outside edge.

^ Potassium; likely caused by overwatering
