OMG I so totally blew off the talk about rescheduling Weed to Schedule Three.
So guess who can get work and test positive in a Medical State for weed!
Is Cannabis Federally legal? NO!
States with Medical are the ones that get the benefit. The details will follow but it has happened.
Now as to owning Seeds? Is that now not a Federal crime come November?
Businesses now have a better chance to access proper banking.
Will everyone be able to have jobs and test positive like Truck Driving or other safety sensitive jobs? NO!
That means the Insurgence industry still has the Federal laws regulating workplace safety so don't expect a warm welcome from employers.
So that big boot up our cannabis asses is not so deep today but it is still there and naturally it legalizes cannabis money before it legalizes cannabis freedom for us all.
Just remember your seeds are still schedule one come November.
