What temp is your tent? Humidity could do with being a little higher for veg.

It's around 22C but I did have a tube heater in with them but I was thinking that was making then like that so I took them out.
Should I give them a bigger flush through?

If flush means a longer feed, yes, but don't up nuits for now, as you have good colour, it's the tacho leaves that's the sign some thing is wrong. Do you know what your total PPM's are and your PH.

It looks like heat stress from the light being to close but without knowing your rooms parameters i could be wrong, as you can see from my plants the leaves curl upward, but this is because of two reason, i hit them hard as f**k in weeks 5-7 with PK boosters and I keep them watered more often then usual.

I would say they are suffering from lockout or burn, but usually the tips will burn with them! Thats what leads me to believe its heat stress.

Also idk what media your using to grow, but if its coco you definitely want to be checking your PPMs and PH of your feed and also every couple days check the run off as well, even in soil or promix it shouldnt much higher then 400ppms above what you feed in, if it is you are feeding them too much!

If the flush doesnt work them its most likely heat stress from either the ligjt or temp of the room, usually if it was the light you would be getting bleaching on the leaves though.

Best of luck to you

Thank you for the advice as I mentioned just flushed them and the run off ppm was literally off the reader of gun so hopefully it's nut lock out what's causing my issue.
I will keep you all updated

My ppm was reading around 1.4
PH is st 7
The first lot of run off from when I first flushed was reading between 3.6 to 4.
I then emptied the run off and took the next reading from the next lot of run off and it was reading between 1.4 to 1.6
Hopefully this will help

Your plant( pests love low, like spider mites ) hates your humidity preference/choice , you can’t play god or make new environment preference charts.

The Ultimate Vapor Pressure Deficit (VPD) Guide

"Why devote an entire guide to VPD?" you might ask. The answer is that the vapor pressure deficit (VPD) is extremely important for growing plants. VPD helps you identify the correct range of temperature and humidity to aim for in your grow space. With VPD you can achieve the best results while...
pulsegrow.com

learn the graph and true vpd or fail, it will change your growing ability. I know it did for me

a tool to make vpd and to log and see your room 25/7 and to calculate much easier and to be a better grower cause your not there 24/7 ( at least Im not, and I’m ocd about it,I gotta sleep lol )

Pulse Grow - Pulse One Grow Room Monitor - Track VPD, Temperature, Rh

Pulse Labs provides smart and easy grow room monitoring solutions.
pulsegrow.com

getting that tool at least you can figure out your base environment issues or balances ( get it or not, I don’t care, just a suggestion ) . Than focus on nutes/ph if they are in the swing . It’s jut environment is 30%+ and so many people go blind and want to focus on nutes ...
