So am in the middle of an outdoor grow but have some space indoors which would be a safer bet for me but my somewhat stupid question would be can I use a carbon filter without drilling holes into my house to run the ducking out I ain’t got a clue how that works and if it’s a stupid question or not lol

Yes you can just exhaust into your lung room as long as your heat / RH stays steady in the lung room it’s not an issue,

I have options to vent outside for summer but through the winter I keep the heat in the room, just run your exhaust to the opposite side of the tent that your intake is on so you’re not mainly pulling your exhaust directly back into the tent , I keep a fan circulating in my lung room with both tents venting into it

Yep just exhaust into the lung room, I check all the time when someone walks into my home that hasent Been there in awhile and ask if they smell weed, only once have I had someone say yes, and I was in the tent recently, but still ordered a new filter immediately and put it up, besides that nobody ever smells anything they do work well, i I put my filter in once my plants are past week 3-3.5x u til then (for me) the smell isint concentrated enough to pick it up walking into a house, but once you pass that point in flower wether or not YOU smell it… somebody else probably does.
