With all due respect I do find this to be an asinine question, but in the interest of better science; A patient of coarse, and growing for myself is definitely for a patient :)
Ohio, this is my first time using this particular germination method. Personally, I usually fill a little dram or an old concentrate container with some fresh/clean water, and then cover with a dixie cup or what not and transfer to soil once i see a little bit of "tail."
A friend of mine suggested leaving them in a wet napkin and inside a plastic bag until they pop leaves and shed their cotyledon, then he puts them in RW or peat moss. I was very pleased with their development to say the least :]
Currently the 5 little ladies are in RW in a tray with a dome.
