Tks brotherYou've got some serious space to work with but you'll have trouble keeping it warm enough just for one plant. I would build something smaller that would be much easier to control. Your temps need to be around 24*C and your humidity in veg around 70%. Either a small grow tent or a closet would be much more apropriate if you're planing to work with only one plant.

18 to 24 hrs of light plant grows but doesn't fruit (buds)
12 hrs of light or less plant grows buds or balls if male , balls are no good in your case :p
Wanna grow a nice bush then switch to 12 hours will induce flowering
After that you got from 8 weeks to 12 weeks to go
Less is better in most cases unless it's light more is better then

I quit using fertilizers, just water, since last week. I bought a good water, just waiting arrive. Look at the walls. I know is por, but is better than before, i believe...

are there holes in the bottom of that bucket? water must be able to drain out
growth is faster IF you can get more lumens to the plant. get a better light, or more lights
I suggest compact florescent. It's cheap and it works. the more lumens the better
how much light is it getting everyday? how many hours?
now is okay to start using fertilizer BUT use VERY small amounts. like 1 milliliter of fert per liter of water. I have that same exact bio-grow fertilizer. works great, bio bizz is actually a pretty good line, but the PPM'S (Parts per million) goes UP quick and is bad if you use too much. so be careful!
needs more light, little bit of fertilizer. should do just fine
