Looks pretty good to me in all my inexperience.Hey everyone, I wanted to share a quick video of my first indoor grow. The seeds I used were from Royal Queen Seeds in Amsterdam, and the plant is called quick one. It's currently 9 weeks old, and I'm really excited about the progress. I was wondering if any experienced growers could give me some advice on how long I should wait before I start the cultivation process. Thank you in advance for your help and wisdom!
You want to wait until most of those pistils (the white hairs) turn brown and recede back toward the bud a bit, and you'll want to pick up a jewelers loupe or something similar to inspect the coloration of your trichomes (tiny little mushroom shaped "hairs" that form on the buds/sugar leaves). The trichomes are ultimately responsible for the type of high you'll get. They start clear, turn milky white when they're "ripe", and amber when they're starting to get past their prime. Amber trichomes are what give you that couch lock feel, and most people like to look for a 70% milky 30% amber trichome mix on their plants before they harvest. Some people go as high as 50-50, but I wouldn't recommend going above that. Hope this helps!I was wondering if any experienced growers could give me some advice on how long I should wait before I start the cultivation process
